Need to access online library resources while off-campus? Instructions and links are included on this page. If you need help, contact us! |
All of the library’s online resources are available from both on- and off-campus locations. You will still be able to access everything the Westminster Library has for you when you’re off campus. Just start by searching as you normally would.
Option 1: Search the WISE online catalog.
Then, click on the full text access link (at the bottom of each search result record).
Option 2: Click on any of our electronic resources from our Online Resources page
Option 3: Use any link to any resource included in any of our Libguides.
If you are off campus, once you have click on one of these three things (Option 1, 2, or 3), you’ll be taken to a log-in page that looks like this:
Sign in with your Westminster username and password (Similar to accessing an e-book on campus). Click submit and you will be taken directly to the page/resource you were looking for!
If you’re having trouble accessing library material from off-campus, don’t hesitate to contact the LIS Help desk at lishelp@westminster.edu or John Garrison as garrisjc@westminster.edu (screenshots are helpful).
Many of our library resources are available online! And almost all of these online resources are available from off campus. You can access our online materials either through our WISE online catalog or through our individual online resource subscriptions.
